Our Recruitment and Selection Process

ATCES use a comprehensive recruitment and selection process so that we employ only the best workers possible.  Each applicant is carefully put through a through process of interviewing, screening and an induction by our experienced recruitment team to guarantee high quality workers.

We check the requirements you need for the position that you have available and then:

  • Select candidates from our database, advertise and recruit new applicants from across Western Australia as required.
  • The potential employee is then interviewed by our experienced recruitment field officers to ensure the workers has the correct experience and qualifications as
    outlined in your application for employment.
  • Potential workers are screen to match your requirements. The screening process includes a medical, police clearances, drug and alcohol testing, workplace
    inductions all the things you require to have the employee ready to be mobilised to your site.

Regular Contact

The employee of your choose is then placed in your business and ATCES field officers maintain regular contact with you.  We believe it is very important for us to monitor our employees to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your new workers.

All Inclusive Hourly Rate

ATCES’ hourly rate includes payroll tax, superannuation and long service leave contributions, public liability and workers’ compensation.  Our rate is totally inclusive and there are no hidden costs. You are able to budget for your staffing costs knowing exactly what you will need to pay.

Timesheets and Invoicing

Each ATCES employee is required to fill in an easy to understand timesheet and log the hours they have worked. Once you have authorised and signed the timesheet you will be invoiced on these hours.
