This is an opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge in the art of bricklaying, you will be working alongside an experienced Brickmason to support and mentor you while gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience in the industry.

Role Description:

You will be required to attend TAFE to complete a Certificate III in Bricklaying/Block laying, whilst gaining valuable information and industry experience in a supportive environment.

The Responsibilities of the Role

Use hand and power tools

Handle and prepare bricklaying materials, Use of bricklaying tools and equipment

Work on uneven surfaces, travel up/down ladder and at heights

Remove rubbish and clean site

Follow OHS policies and procedures

Carry out measurements and calculations

Read and interpret plans and specifications

Candidate Requirements:

Have a minimum Year 10 Education.

Willing to learn all aspects of the trade and show pride in your work.

Have the ability to work as part of a team, follow instructions and also work individually and show initiative.

Have your own reliable transport and Driver’s License (Essential)

White Card

Understand the importance of OH&S in the workplace.

Be reliable and punctual

Live in the Bunbury area.
