We take your opinion / feedback seriously. Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you shortly. This form will be initially reviewed by the CEO of ATC. Any complaint will be acknowledged, formally logged and investigated, and the complainant will be formally advised of any decision. Should you wish to challenge any decision, ATC will assist you in seeking clarification from the State Training Authority as an independent 3rd party. Should you wish to consult a different 3rd party, any cost of that process will be borne by the complainant.
