Are you a qualified tradesperson with an electrical background or an electrical apprentice nearing completion of your training that is looking to upskill in the area of instrumentation?
The Certificate IV in Electrical – Instrumentation provides a pathway to gain a nationally recognised qualification in instrumentation.
Course Dates and Information
The Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation provides competencies to select, install, commission, fault find and maintain electrical instrumentation systems and core instrumentation equipment for process and control.
This course will help you gain the skills and knowledge to progress within the electrotechnology industry. You will learn how to work with pressure, level, temperature, and flow and their application to analytical instruments for process and control.
This course is self-paced with two lots of one week practical workshop training.
There will be two Electrical Instrumentation courses that will commence in 2020.
The course dates for 2020 are as follows:
- Course inductions commence Monday 10th February 2020.
- Practical Block 1: Monday 30th March – Friday 3rd April 2020
- Practical Block 2: Monday 22nd June – Friday 26th June 2020
- Course inductions commence Monday 29th June 2020
- Practical Block 1: Monday 3rd August – Friday 7th August
- Practical Block 2: Monday 26th October – Friday 30th October
